TAPE ROBOT IBM ULTRIUM LTO3584

It is a tape library (IBM 3584) exploited by CASPUR’s backup and staging services. This system has Fibre Channel interfaces and, by means of a Tape Dispatcher, is shared on the Storage Area Network.
Its features are:

  • 4 LTO1 drives
  • 2 LTO2 drives
  • 130 slots
  • 84 LTO1 tapes (with 200 Gb disk space) and 18 LTO2 tapes (with 400 Gb disk space)
