ACCESS TO CD-ROM DATABANKS
This service allows remote users to access to CD-ROM databanks, installed on a central server managed by CASPUR. Software tATTOO, developed by Infologic, permits databank access and sharing. Currently, this service is subscribed to by Università Roma Tre and by three Rome libraries (Casanatense, Baldini and Biblioteca di Archeologia e Storia dell'Arte).
Databanks are installed on a single central server to which the user accesses directly from a computer located anywhere (as long as it has an enabled IP address), on which a client version of tATTOO is installed. A consulting form allows you to choose the required databank. Users can also print or save their outsearch.
Our services include:
-
Server management and maintenance
-
Databank installation and update
-
Users qualification
-
Printers qualification
-
Production of users’ statistics
Technical details
