MULTICAST EXPERIMENTATION

CASPUR is currently involved in multicast technology experimentation, regarding both network infrastructure and applications. Our testing is divided into two projects:

The development of an infrastructure within the Consortium’s internal network for multicast applications (web casting, multi-conference);
Developing a routing Multicast Inter-AS infrastructure, in collaboration with NaMeX Internet Exchange Point and related ISPs.
