NUMERICAL METHODS FOR GROUND-SEISMIC RADIATION INTERACTION SIMULATION
This project, in collaboration with Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV), aims to study and evaluate, by means of a numerical approach, the on-site effects of the interaction between seismic radiation and surface geological structures.
INGV (Arrigo Caserta e Antonio Rovelli) and University of Trento (Bruno Firmani) are involved, working on:

Web interface to existing and evolving computational codes (seismological portal);

Development of a finite elements 3D parallel code, based on MPI.
