SITE ACCESS
Ordinary access to the Computer Room is allowed during regular working hours Monday to Friday 08.00 AM to 19.00 PM (except holidays).
The attached "Request for Ordinary Computer Room Access" form must be submitted at least 48 hour before time requested and sent to the following emails: site@namex.it.
If you need to use the room outside of regular working hours (holidays included), please submit the attached "Request for Extraordinary Computer Room Access", and call the following numbers: +39 0644486300 or +39 3316105563.
Use of the Computer Room during extraordinary hours will be subject to additional costs which is explained in the form.
This form must be submitted and verified by the person using the room and will be used to create the final invoice of the service.
Please note:
The Computer Room is equipped with a fire alert and extinguisher system which used HFC-227 gas. In the case that the alarm is activated, all guests must abandon work and leave the room following the emergency exit signs (that are displayed in the following map). Please identify the emergency exits before starting work in the data center, and ask CASPUR for further explanation. |
