Workshop and tutorial attendants MUST register in advance, before September 7, 2002. After that date, registrations will not be accepted.
Workshop registration includes copy of accepted papers, coffee breaks, lunches, and social dinner on September 19.
Tutorials registration includes copy of tutorials presentations, coffee breaks and lunch.

Advance registration and payments must be sent before August 16, 2002.
Advance registration fees for cOMPunity members amount to euro 215 for the workshop and to euro 70 for tutorials.
Advance registration fees for non members amount to euro 250 for the workshop (including one cOMPunity individual annual membership), and to euro 90 for tutorials.
Advanced payments can be refunded before August 31. The refund will amount to 75% of the already payed fees.

Fees for late registration (after August 15) and on site payments amount to euro 350 for the workshop and euro 150 for tutorials. On site payments must be in cash.

If you need an invoice, additional 20% VAT must be charged. Invoices will be available at the workshop registration desk.

Accommodations

Hotel rooms have been reserved in a few (three stars) hotels around Porta Maggiore, a fascinating part of the town, undergoing an unprecedented renaissance. Besides being well connected to the most relevant parts of Roma, it's a ten minute walk away from the conference locationas well from the Termini central station, and in your walk you'll cross ancient roman artifacts interspersed with last century buildings.
Single rooms are available for euro 115/day, double rooms for euro 130/day, breakfast included, if you send the accommodation form no later than August 15.
For reservations canceled after September 7, a one night fee will be anyhow charged.
